There was no solution other than me missing out on the promotion. In an ideal world that cared about customer service, the order would have been reactivated, or something to fix the issue. After this behavior, does QVC really think I am just going to take their word for it and then argue with a future representative that "Jackie" said I would get the credit? Obviously not. ![]() Then "Jackie" said that they would make a note in my account to honor the statement credit. On 4/1 it was a completely different promotion that I still couldn't use, because the card had to be opened starting that day! It must be done during the promotional period. Wrong, the promotion terms specifically said that a card must be opened, and an order placed to receive a future statement credit of $60 by 3/31. "Jackie" then insisted that the 3/31 didn't matter because it was valid for 6-8 weeks after opening the credit card. QVC cancelled my order on 4/1, at 2 in the morning. ![]() I told "Jackie" that the only reason that I opened their credit card in the first place was to receive the $60 statement credit promotion, which ended 3/31. After straightening that all out, I was told I would still have to place a new order. My shipping address was the correct address. I told her what happened, and for some reason the billing address for the order was an address I used over 7 years ago. I contacted customer service using their Chat option, and spoke to "Jackie". When you call that number, you are forced to leave a voicemail for them, and hope that they return your call! What floors me, is that I have made many orders with the information on my account, but then they claimed my information was wrong after I opened a credit card with them! There is a phone number listed, to get assistance. Because of this your recent order ** has been canceled." I woke up the following morning, seeing that at 2 in the morning I received an email from QVC with the header "Additional Verification Required", however the email itself says that the order was cancelled, "The QVC Order Verification Team recently reviewed your account and is unable to verify the payment details.
